"Have A Good Holiday Furry Shadow!"

FRIDAY

At home Furry Shadow wanted to look cool so that's what he did, ha ha ha!

Furry Shadow liked the heat from the bonnet of the car even though it was mild.

Furry Shadow loved the smell of the blossom.
Even though he did sneeze.

My sister always wanted to get in a picture.

Furry Shadow perched on a bough and whistled a song.

Of course Furry Shadow beat me at cards.

It took me some time to figure out why.

Furry Shadow loved Bugs Bunny's funny jokes.

He loved the pasta I gave him.
Furry Shadow said I gave him just enough.

He could not peel the satsumas so I helped him.

SATURDAY

In the morning we went to the 'Grand Frais' where I had to tell him not to eat the blueberries....

...but he loved to help weigh the strawberries!

Furry Shadow thought he was by a mountain spring when he was by the cool mist of the lettuces.

In 'Decathlon' Furry Shadow tried on some trainers...
...of course they did not fit.

He laughed aloud when he realised they looked more like skis!

We had fun choosing my new Lego kit.  Furry Shadow chose the perfect one.

I gave Furry Shadow a ride around the shop.

Back at home we had a look at our flowers by our driveway.
I needed to tell him not to chew the petals.

Furry Shadow loved dining with us.

Cicely let  Furry Shadow watch her as she drew some lovely pictures on Saturday afternoon.

 SUNDAY

This morning we had a superb brunch and my Mum let me have a book at the table.
Furry Shadow loves Tintin as much as I do.

He then had a good time playing in my bedroom with me and my sister.

After that he wandered in the African savannah (really it was our garden).
He felt like he was in The Congo!!

Furry Shadow did get in a pickle on a spiky bush, so I rescued him.

After that  Furry Shadow had a big treat.
My Dad took him into town on his motorbike.

Furry Shadow licked me on my ear when I was pretending to ride the motorbike.

Furry Shadow loved it when we got into the spa...
...even though it was a little too hot for him, he did not mind.

Oops-a-daisy Furry Shadow!  Don`t fall off the water fountain!

Ah, a bit of shade...
 ...with some lemonade.

Can you spot Furry Shadow?

What a lot of superb fun, FANTASTIC!!!
I love you Furry Shadow!

My amazing week with Furry S

I was very excited when I got  to take home Furry S!

First, I showed him all around the house and he said it was very cosy.We then ate a South Indian dish called Idli. Furry S really loved all the food! After that, Furry came with for my maths class and was able to solve a lot of sums! The next day, we went to the open market and Furry was a bit surprised when he saw us walk right past the eggs! When we got home, we got prepared for a shower. After that, we went to Lofouille and did some random shopping. After we went home, we prepared for the Tamil festival called Pongal.

Furry loved the Pongal and Vada!
After dinner, we drew a picture.
The next day, we had dinner with Anaya & Samyaks family's. We had Paratha, Dal Makhni, Palak paneer and boondi ka raita.Furry  loved it all and so did I!!!
SELFIE TIME!!
In the end, we had a sweet sort of mixture called Hellu bella.
I felt really sad when it was finally time for Furry to go home, but I knew he would come back soon!

Good adventures with Furry Shadow

I went to the judo with Furry Shadow. He liked it and he was happy.

Here is a friend Isaac and Furry Shadow. We ate potatoes and broccoli. Furry Shadow liked them.

I was in the garden of the museum. Furry Shadow was upset because we didn't go in. There was a big queue.

I was playing my guitar with Furry Shadow. He played good.

Furry Shadow visits Ines

On Friday evening Furry Shadow visited the doctor, it was my sister that had the appointment. Don't worry Furry Shadow is OK.

On Saturday I went to a friends house where I had lots of fun with Furry Shadow, playing with Star Wars Lego and rugby in the garden.

When we got home we went to take our dog for a walk through the forest, it was nearly dark and getting cold. I carried Furry Shadow.

On Sunday Furry Shadow got to make friends with my dog Coco and my cat Rocky. They played together very well.

My weekend with Furry.S

On a Saturday morning, we all went out to Decathlon and had a go on all the different cross-trainers as my dad wants to buy one.  Furry Shadow got very tired and out of breath with so much exercise!

Then we went to a car shop to buy a few things and after this we went to Le Jardin de l'Olympe and had a lovely lunch; Furry was so hungry, he even ate all the salt!

In the afternoon we returned home, and we all did some cooking and I helped my mum prepare some bread.  Then our friends rang and invited us to their house as Daniel Jones' dad was visiting and we all wanted to see him.  Me and Furry had a great time playing with my friend Alfie, we played with minecraft paper blocks and ended up staying till
12!

When we got home the bread had risen but had not been baked! We baked it but it was not very nice so the next day my Mum made a fresh loaf.

PS, there is a problem with my Mums phone and I can't upload pictures.

My Christmas holidays with Furry shadow

On the 23rd of December I went to my Aunt and Uncle's house in the South East of France near Valence. Our cousins were already there. We ate special food such as homemade walnut balls, foie gras and 'bûche de Noël'.

Unfortunately my little cousin broke Furry shadow's leg. With my Harry Potter spellbook, I tried to fix it but I cast the wrong spell: I said Reducio (to make things smaller) instead of Reparo (to fix things). At that moment, Furry shadow was beginning to shrink. He became smaller and smaller until he was this size:

I fixed his leg when he was small.

I tried to make it bigger with the spell Engorgio but it did not work. I was depressed. What would Mr Gregg tell me if I couldn't bring Furry shadow at school in his normal size?

The holidays continued and I was so excited for Christmas. Next morning I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning. I rushed to the living room where the Christmas tree was to see the presents. There  were loads of them all piled up. I knew that I could not open them now so I went back to sleep on the sofa. Finally at 9 o'clock, all the familly woke up and we could open the presents. Here is a photo with Furry shadow, my sister, my cousins and me under the Christmas tree.

Then I went to my cousins' house in Valence. My uncle has an electric bike: it is a bike with an integrated motor and a large passenger seat, which can carry up to 4 children or 2 adults. Here is a photo when we were at the park Jouvet and I was riding the bike.

Then I did some acrobatics on the bike.

The next day we went to my Grandad's house in Grignan. This is a photo of Grignan.

My Grandad is good at singing the blues, this is a photo of him singing.

In Grignan, we went to the church where there was an animated nativity scene with Jesus. It is typical of the South East of France and is called 'crèche provençale'. Here are some photos.

Afterwards, we drove to Marseille to visit some friends. They have twins of the age of 10 called Louis and Maëlle, with who I like to play, and a baby girl called Coline.

Here is a photo of me playing with Louis.

Back in Toulouse my dad , Furry Shadow and I went to watch STAR WARS 7 in 3D. It was a bit scary when the spaceships flied towards you suprisingly. I really enjoyed the film.
Here is a photo of the star wars poster.

At last on the last day of holidays I tried Engorgio on Furry shadow and it worked!
I was very relieved. PHEWWW!!!
